e-mail, FAX, or phone.
You may place your order via e-mail, FAX or use our
order form - in either case we will need your name, shipping address,
phone number, e-mail address (if available), and CAE part
numbers to ship your order. We accept personal checks payable to CAE.
We also accept pay-pal
sent to our
firstname.lastname@example.org e-mail address. For Paypal orders, we pass
on their 3% processing fee (fee is not part of the product price). Money Orders,
Cashiers Checks, or Wire Transfer (see International Orders) are also acceptable methods
of payment (although I strongly discourage the use of Electronic
Wire transfer transactions given the substantial bank fees). All checks must be drawn on a U.S. Bank in U.S. Dollars. Currently, we do
not accept VISA, Master Card or American Express however, if you would like us to
consider providing this method of payment (albeit with a surcharge) please let me know.
Payment can be made by cash, cashiers check, or money order. We cannot accept personal
checks on COD orders. Refused or unclaimed orders will be subject to a 15% (minimum
$25.00) restocking and postage fee.
Prices: Check our Pricesheet for the latest prices. It
reflects the latest information available at the time of printing and is subject to change
within 90 days of the date given on the price list. Prices are NET FOB Shipping Point.
Minimum Order: $30.00 Domestic, $50.00 International.
Delivery: Orders for blank boards and components will be shipped within 24 hours
of receipt of an order. Assembled modules will be made to your order and shipped within 3
weeks but usually within 5 days. This includes a mandatory three day audition period during which measurable and
sonic performance of the completed unit is assessed and "infant mortality"
failures are identified.
Sales Tax: Due to strict regulations, a 8% will be required on all California
orders without a valid exemption number. Please consult your own local taxing authority
Shipping (Domestic) : Our normal shipping carriers are (in
order of preference) USPS, USPS Priority, Fed-X Ground, or UPS. The carrier will be determined by the size and
weight of the parcel. You may indicate a preference on our order form. Please remember
that UPS will not service PO Box addresses. Normal shipping fee is $10.00 ($15.00 for
Canadian Orders). If your order includes tubes, large heat sinks or
other large board mounted parts, minimum shipping will be $15.00. Shipping costs for
extraordinary large items such as
